If you have forgotten your password or want to change it, there are two options:
Forgot Password from the login screen
Change password once you’re logged into Skylight
Forgot Password
From the Skylight Login screen, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link
Input the email you use for Skylight and click ‘Send’
You’ll receive an email from analyst@skylight.earth. This is the same email that sends Skylight event alerts. Within the email is a link that is valid for 30 minutes and will allow you to reset your password.
Create a new password
After you have reset your password you’ll be taken to the Skylight login page where you can enter your email and new password
Change Password
You can also reset your password from within the Skylight app
Use the My Skylight menu to get to User Profile
From User Profile click ‘change password’
3. Click save to confirm new password.
Note, it’s not possible to change the email associated with your Skylight account. If you no longer have access to the email you used when originally requesting a Skylight account, you can request a new Skylight account with a new email.
