If you have forgotten your password or want to change it, there are two options:

  1. Forgot Password from the login screen

  2. Change password once you’re logged into Skylight

  1. From the Skylight Login screen, click the ‘Forgot Password’ link

  2. Image Added

    Input the email you use for Skylight and click ‘Send’

  3. Image Added

    You’ll receive an email from analyst@skylight.earth. This is the same email that sends Skylight event alerts. Within the email is a link that is valid for 30 minutes and will allow you to reset your password.

  4. Create a new password

  5. After you have reset your password you’ll be taken to the Skylight login page where you can enter your email and new password

  1. Use the My Skylight menu to get to User Profile

  2. From User Profile click ‘change password’
