SMART waypoints (and their associated observations from the SMART query) and independent incidents are processed and displayed as EarthRanger events.
Sequence of events:
The system discovers available queries and creates an EventSource in EarthRanger for each query.
An EarthRanger administrator reviews the created EventSources and maps them to new Event Types in EarthRanger.
Once an EventSource is mapped, it becomes active. Future integrations will recognize the active EventSource and begin transferring data from the query to EarthRanger.
